Our process is designed to be simple and structured:

1. Place your order and pay the 15% deposit
2. We arrange a video consultation to assist with measuring and preparation
3. Detailed drawings are produced for approval
4. Once drawings are approved, a 25% stage payment is due
5. Manufacture begins
6. The final 60% balance is due 5 days before delivery
7. Delivery or installation is completed

Yes. We offer flexible staged payments:

• 15% deposit to start the project
• 25% payment once drawings are approved
• 60% balance payable 5 days before delivery

Yes. Customers may choose to pay the full amount at the time of order if preferred.

Our standard lead time is4 to 6 weeksfrom final drawing approval and receipt of the relevant stage payment.

Yes. Every oriel window is manufactured specifically for your project to ensure precise fit, performance, and finish.

Yes. Once the 15% deposit is paid, we offer a video consultation to guide you through:

• How to correctly measure the opening
• Structural and preparation requirements
• Tolerances and installation considerations

While not mandatory, it is strongly recommended to ensure accuracy and avoid costly errors prior to manufacture.

Yes. Detailed fabrication and installation drawings are included with every order.

Yes. All Oriel Studio oriel windows are supplied with project-specific structural calculations, suitable for coordination with building control and structural engineers.

All our oriel windows are supplied as a minimum with double glazing, achieving a U-value of 1.0 W/m²K.

Yes. Triple glazing is available as an upgrade and achieves a U-value of 0.8 W/m²K.

CUIN (Constant U-Value Interlayer) glass is a high-performance glazing option that achieves a U-value of 0.7 W/m²K, offering enhanced thermal efficiency for low-energy and high-performance buildings.

Yes. Installation is available as anoptional extra serviceand can be selected during the ordering process.

 If installation is selected:

• Our experienced fitters will deliver the oriel window themselves
• The window is installed on the agreed date
• No kerbside delivery is required

Yes. If you do not select installation, the window can be installed by your contractor using the supplied installation guide.

Standard delivery is kerbside delivery on a wooden stillage.

Kerbside delivery means the window is delivered to the nearest accessible point at street level. Offloading beyond this point is the responsibility of the customer unless installation has been purchased.

Yes. Every oriel window is supplied with a comprehensive installation guide to assist installers.

Yes. Structural calculations and technical documentation are provided to support compliance and approvals.

We provide ongoing technical support for queries relating to installation, handling, and performance.
